Participants: All federated athletes in FPX can participate. Nonfederated athletes should contact the organizer to proceed with their membership. The tournament is limited to 100 players.
Tournament: Swiss-system of 11 rounds, 3m+2s for each player. The tournament will be approved for rating FIDE.
